Cabetos Pops was founded in 2017, when founder Carlos Talamante started selling his hand-crafted, all natural pops at farmers markets across San Diego County. What started out as one stand, has now grown to include corporate and private event catering and a new store on Adams Avenue.
Carlos had a vision to create decadent ice cream, using only the highest quality ingredients. He wanted to develop a recipe that parents would feel good treating their children to. At Cabetos Pops, they are committed to never using artificial flavors, colors, high fructose corn syrup, or any concentrates.

Carlos is a former manager turned entrepreneur. He worked in management for IN-N-Out Burger for over a decade and there he learned the importance of making a quality product, the value of customer service and the importance of a spotless sparkling environment.
